After a careful selection of ingredients, hours of boiling and long months of maturation, the Octopus confectionery presents two pastry stouts as complex as the song that names them.
With an absurdly luscious mouth feel, they bring in common base notes of chocolate, cocoa and dried fruits. At the end of the process, however, each gains its own identity: To be Thick receives burnt coconut, cocoa and vanilla.
